PATH Method Basics gives participants a direct, embodied experience of PATH Method’s tools. These tools offer an integrative approach to whole-person health rooted in body, soul, and spirit. Across six live online sessions, participants learn to presence themselves, find agency, hone participatory awareness, and form expressive gestures that allow them to witness themselves.
