This workshop provides participants a direct, embodied experience of PATH Method’s four-stage developmental arc. Across four live online sessions, participants move through will and agency, healing intention, understanding the wound, and lasting integration, working with PATH Method’s tools. Each stage builds on somatic presence, participatory awareness, and expressive gesture, leaving participants with a felt, embodied map of their own healing process.

Naming a presenting issue with precision, then converting it into an active, agency-based healing wish.

Witnessing a pattern from a small distance, tracing it back to the original wound, and identifying the resource-remedy that’s needed.
