PATH Method™ Foundation Workshop

A 2-day in-person introduction to PATH Method at Heartwood Center, Constantia, Cape Town. Open to all, no prior experience or professional background required.

PATH Method Foundation Workshop offers a direct, embodied experience of PATH Method’s framework: an integrative approach to whole-person health rooted in body, soul, and spirit. Across two days of movement, partner-based process work, and guided self-exploration, participants practice PATH Method’s tools, with particular attention to presence, participatory awareness, and expressive gesture.

What to expect

Day 1: Presence, and the PATH Method process

Saturday 10 April · 9:00am–6:00pm

  • Welcome, icebreaker, and a first taste of the PATH Method process
  • A demonstration of PATH Method
  • Group practice, with an emphasis on inner strength and support
  • Partner work: finding vulnerability, and working with it
  • Open forum on applications, including PATH Method’s fit with trauma work

Day 2: The Full PATH Method Experience

Sunday 11 April · 9:00am–1:00pm

  • Revision, with a somatic experience
  • The full PATH Method Experience, with partner work
  • Movement with the Cast of Characters, and a volunteer demonstration
  • Closing: open forum and Q&A
