PATH Method Foundation Workshop offers a direct, embodied experience of PATH Method’s framework: an integrative approach to whole-person health rooted in body, soul, and spirit. Across two days of movement, partner-based process work, and guided self-exploration, participants practice PATH Method’s tools, with particular attention to presence, participatory awareness, and expressive gesture.

Day 1: Presence, and the PATH Method process

- Welcome, icebreaker, and a first taste of the PATH Method process
- A demonstration of PATH Method
- Group practice, with an emphasis on inner strength and support
- Partner work: finding vulnerability, and working with it
- Open forum on applications, including PATH Method’s fit with trauma work
Day 2: The Full PATH Method Experience
Sunday 11 April · 9:00am–1:00pm
- Revision, with a somatic experience
- The full PATH Method Experience, with partner work
- Movement with the Cast of Characters, and a volunteer demonstration
- Closing: open forum and Q&A
